Writing

We will be practicing our writing skills with weekly writing prompts, bi-weekly spelling checks and more.

Below you will find  our weekly writing prompt. More will be added as needed.

Our Weekly Writing Prompt

These are the weekly writing prompts that we will be working on in class. You may choose to write something true (non-fiction) or make something up completely (fiction).

Regardless, your writing must start with the prompt as part of the first sentence. Please remember to format your writing in the proper style (see examples). If you are writing by hand, you need to complete a minimum of one full page, double spaced, written in pencil on lined paper; if you are typing, one half-page (12 point font, Times New Roman, Double Spaced - see attached template).
